Control devices for workpiece diameter during production

When manufacturing precision pieces, diameter control is crucial. Our control devices monitor one or two sizes during the manufacturing process, enabling the machine to promptly stop in case of non-conformity. Thanks to our sophisticated discharge slide with separation unit, pieces with sizes out of tolerance can be automatically separated. If the number of non-compliant pieces reaches a certain threshold, the machine is automatically stopped at the end of the cycle, ensuring maximum quality control.
